- Eyedia will only accept items that it deems saleable.
- Items will be kept for four months (120 days). The selling price will be set by eyedia and discounted by 10% every 30 days.
- If not sold at the end of 120 days, items will be the responsibility of the consignor to pick up the items or eyedia will retain ownership and reserve the right to donate the items to a charitable organization, without notification to the consignor, within 3 days.
- The consignor will receive 50% of the actual selling price and eyedia will receive 50%. If an item sells for $500.00 or more, the consignor will receive 60% of the actual selling price and eyedia will receive 40%. If an item sells for $2500.00 or more, the consignor will receive 70% of the actual selling price and eyedia will receive 30%.
- Checks will be issued, and mailed for prior month's sales by the 10th of the following month.
- Eyedia will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction of items left on consignment. The consignor retains ownership of their items untilo they are sold or picked up at the end of the 4-month period.
- It is helpful, if you have pictures of large items, to show us before you bring them in.
- Please clean and polish all items that you bring in.
- An employee may not be available to help lift heavy items. Please bring your own assistance. We can provide you with the names of movers who will assist for a fee.
- Consignments are accepted Monday through Saturday until one hour before closing.
